Through its DF short-term intervention, CIM, a joint operation of GIZ and the German Federal Employment Agency, lets Ghanaians working in Germany volunteer their expertise back home. This documentary follows Dr. Kwaku Danso, a Ghanaian doctor practising in Germany, on a knowledge-sharing mission at the Kumawu Government Polyclinic in the Sekyere Kumawu District of the Ashanti Region.
